La Petite Ceinture was a Parisian railway running between 1852- 1934. It used to act as a circular connection between the main railroad stations in Paris. As it failed to be included in any of the projects for a ring of fortifications and forts around Paris, the site remained largely unused. Today it consists of 4km long abandoned rails, relics of a bygone era.
