Inside Detroit’s Movie Palace recently turned into Parking Garage

Another amazing location to have visited in Detroit; a grandiose theatre built on top of Henry Ford’s first automobile workshop in 1925, partially demolished in 1976 is today turned into a car park. Have a look!

Abandoned gothic church in Detroit

Finally made it to Detoit and this is one of the decayed beauties i got to visit. An English-Gothic style church abandoned since 2010; one of the most magnificent ventures so far! As renovation work has started since 2014, this awesome spot might be converted soon.Glad to have made it in!

Mysterious Dungeness

An English town along the southern coast full of abandoned boats and fishing huts scattered all around the place. A dark inspiration on dry land!

 

 

Urbex at Tapioca Farm

Abandoned farmhouse since 1995 lies in decay somewhere in Belgium. A dilapidated exterior which compensates with an interior in better condition. Many furniture and objects left behind building up the atmosphere from the past!

Exploring the rusty old cars

A bunch of rusty old cars forgotten in a backyard in the middle of nowhere. Covered with snow, these old treasures dating back to years ago made it for some great compositions! Decay in complete symbiosis with nature!

Secret journey on the Orient Express

Had a tour of this lost gem on my birthday! Orient Express; another abandoned ghost train, all rusty and decayed situated on an active rail site where a lot of trains pass by. Some magnificent details of decay on wood and fabric. Haunting corridors revealing the mystery of another time!

Urbex at Terre Rouge

This abandoned steel factory was opened in 1872 and expanded during the 1910s. In the 1950s there was less demand for steel and in 1977 they completely stopped production. The also abandoned power station- Central Thermique was used for domestic electricity powered by the toxic gases of the steel manufacturing blast furnaces that surrounded it. This vast industrial site is a must see in the heart of Luxembourg, parts of it might soon be demolished.

Exploring the abandoned trains

Last weekend we came across these ghost trains in the middle of nowhere. Even if their fluorescent colors have faded away their travelling spirit from ages ago is still haunting the wagons!

 

Urbex at Maison Hommel

Maison Hommel, an old, small house in an even smaller village of Luxembourg, all rusty and decayed by now as time dates back to ages ago! Some small, hidden details lost in its mess added some interesting atmosphere in it!
